Loss of Income

You might also have a claim for loss of income. If you have been out of work as a result of the injury sustained in an accident, you are entitled to be compensated for the loss of income that you sustained. Also, you might have a future loss, as a result of any permanent injury that will make it impossible for you to work in the future or will sometime limit your ability to work. You also have a claim for that future loss of income.
